The deadline for canceling the order is 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods or from the date on which a third party indicated by you, who does not act as a carrier, came into possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by making an unambiguous statement.

We will issue a refund no later than 30 days from the date we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method that you used to place your order and you will not incur any fees for such refund.

Returns terms:

For your item to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The item was purchased within the last 30 days
The goods are placed in the original packaging

The following goods are not returnable:

Goods made to order or strictly personalized.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods that do not meet the above return conditions.

Return of goods

The customer bears the costs and risks associated with returning the goods to us. The goods should be sent to the following address:

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment. We therefore recommend the use of insurance and postal tracking services. We cannot issue a refund if we do not receive the goods or confirmation of receipt of the return shipment.
