The history of the STRATOBUCKER ™ dates back to 2011, when we started working on the construction of a noise-free Strat pickup, based on the rails mini humbucker (miniHB) design. What was extraordinary in all of this was the assumption about the character of the sound of this miniHB, i.e. the sound as close as possible to the original Single Coil (SC) pickup. At that time, there were several products on the market with similar assumptions. Each of these products had its own advantages and disadvantages. Base on this information and our experience plus a long period of research and development our STRATOBUCKER ™ was created, eliminating the disadvantages and shortcomings of its predecessors. Honestly, the work on these kinds of pickups never ends. New materials and ideas expand the topic, making the STRATOBUCKER ™ better and better.
